Join us this year for our Fourth Annual Wine Celebration. Throughout the early summer, Twin Farms will highlight one of our favorite vineyards or winemaker. Representatives of the wineries will be on hand for informal pre-dinner conversation and tasting, and will also available for table-side discussions as well.

Each night of the series, Chef Ted Ask and his outstanding brigade will delight your palate with a five-course pairing menu. Twin Farms' own organic vegetable gardens will awaken with the season's first fresh produce; baby lettuce, asparagus, sweet peas and locally foraged fiddlehead ferns.

This year come to Twin Farms where we will celebrate fine wine, fabulous food and the arrival of the fairest
of seasons.

September 29 Raleigh, NC Bob Foley Winemaker Dinner: Join Bob Foley, Winemaker extraordinaire and Honorary Chairman for the Triangle Wine Experience 2007 along with his great friend and our wonderful supporter, Didier Loustau, (who donated all the wines for this dinner), for this incredibly special evening. There will be a Champagne reception prior to the dinner! Veuve Cliquot!The wines are Switchback Petite Syrah 02 (96 points), Robert Foley Claret 03 (96 points), Pride CBS 03 (not reviewed by Parker) and Hourglass CBS 00 (90 points). They are all 3L bottles.
September 20 Sausalito, CA Robert Foley, the acclaimed winemaker for Robert Foley Vineyard, Engel Family Rock Mountain Vineyard and Pride Mountain Vineyard, will mingle with guests and be on hand to pour and discuss his handcrafted wines during a winemaker dinner at Poggio. Chef Peter McNee will prepare a special menu for the evening, pairing each course with one of Foley's wines, including the 2004 Robert Foley Charbono; 2003 Robert Foley Petite Syrah and the 2002 Engel Family Merlot Rock Mountain Vineyard. "Two special awards were presented during the, ('04 Charlotte Wine and Food) festivities.  Winemaker Bob Foley, of Pride Mountain Vineyards and Robert Foley Vineyards, was given the Chairman’s Award by Jesse Craven, chairman of the Weekend’s Executive Committee.  Foley has been a huge supporter of the event through the years.  The lots he donated for this year’s auction generated $25,000.  His band played for a sellout crowd at Friday night’s Big Bottles & Blues event at Ballantyne Resort."
