Floral aromatic notes of honeysuckle, jasmine and anise. Crisp acidity, light and lively on the palate, long clean finish. The 2010 vintage pre- sented us an opportunity to produce a second very small batch of varietal Semillon – one of our personal favorites for its delicacy and fruitiness. It was vinified in the same style as our Pinot Blanc – zero time in oak barrels and no malo-lactic fermentation, which keeps the wine focused on its expression of fruit. Limited production.
